We want you to love your home essentials, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for all unused and unwashed items in their original packaging. Please note that a small return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund total.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return and download your prepaid shipping label provided by our system.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack your unused Sand Cloud products in their original packaging and attach the shipping label to the outside.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
